Being a '10x developer' is impossible if you’re distracted by physical pain. We talk a lot about burnout in terms of mental load, but physical burnout from poor ergonomics is just as real. For the devs who hit the gym, go for hikes, or even skate between PR reviews, the 'impact' adds up. I’ve been using fpinsoles for a while now for their impact protection, and the difference in recovery time is noticeable. It’s all about building a durable 'physical stack' so you can maintain that high-level output without the standard aches and pains of the job. Invest in your foundation!
