We all love big goals. Big wins. But real progress often comes in small, barely-noticed steps. It's like a snowball.
In work and life, small wins create momentum. They build confidence. They give you the proof you need that you're moving forward. Say you're learning a new skill or building up your team; aiming for those big leaps can feel overwhelming. But a few small wins, like finally understanding a concept, successfully guiding a team discussion, or resolving those difficult conversations can mean a lot. Those are the steps that eventually lead to the bigger achievements.
So, celebrate the little things. They're the ones that keep us going when big goals feel miles away. And when you look back, you'll see those "small wins" were what got you to the big win in the end.
Work on the snowball.

Small wins are very important. I celebrate my small wins like I just won the championship. In one case there was one silly bug that prevented my code from running properly, that stuff frustrated me. When I found out the problem, dude! I celebrated like there was no tomorrow. Small wins lead to the big wins.
That, right there is exactly the spirit! 🚀
