Meta Pocket App Lets U.S. Users Create AI Mini-Games Without Coding

Meta is bringing its experimental Pocket app to the U.S., giving people a simple way to create mini-games with AI, even if they don't know how to code.

All users have to do is describe their idea in simple words. Pocket then turns that idea into a playable experience called a “gizmo.”

These gizmos can react to taps, phone movement, images, sounds, and other inputs.

Users can also play, save, share, repost, and remix creations made by others.

Pocket uses AI-assisted vibe coding, which makes it easier for people with little or no coding experience to bring their ideas to life.

The app is powered by Muse Spark, an AI model developed by Meta Superintelligence Labs.

Unlike regular social media feeds that mainly focus on photos and videos, Pocket is built around interactive content.

Its scrolling experience may feel a little like TikTok, but instead of simply watching a post, users can actually play with it.

Pocket was first tested in Brazil and is now rolling out in the United States.

Meta is exploring whether people will enjoy creating and sharing AI-powered games as part of a social feed.

If the idea catches on, Pocket could introduce a new kind of social content where posts feel more like tiny games or apps than regular posts.
