I wanted to ask for some advice you would give to a newbie on this path. Many see a great opportunity in this field and end up giving up due to confusion, perhaps due to job offers or what they learned in college.
The point is, I'd like to know if it's worth building a super website step by step and going from React to strong cybersecurity, applying it to a website or building it piece by piece (at least that's my idea for now).
That's all, ladies and gentlemen, thanks for reading, and have a good week.

Before I was the guy in charge of looking at resumes, I would have said focus on compete projects. Now though, I want to see more of an “experimental” portfolio. Projects are important, because they show you can get from A to Z…but I also want to see the experiments.
I don’t really even care if they work in any realistic way. I want to see that you’re digging into things, moving outside your comfort zone. It’s like I tell our current team…writing code is really one of the least important parts of doing this job. If you’re not learning, you’re not doing the job.
Thanks for the answer, i will have it in mind fella
BOTH. You'll build your mental repertoire of technics and grasp the needed technologies while integrating them into your project.
So start making projects, throwaway ones or not!
