30 Days of Code

Hey Everyone!!

Welcome to my "30 Days of Code" series! Today marks the beginning of an exciting journey where I'll be documenting my daily progress, learnings, and challenges as I work towards becoming a better developer and AWS professional.

👋 A Little About Me:

I'm currently working as System Development Engineer-I at Amazon with 4+ years of experience building scalable backend systems and developer tools. Specialized in Cloud and Generative AI Areas, and have contributed to projects like Amazon Q and CodeWhisperer. Outside of work, I explore competitive programming, write tech blogs, and share travel stories.

Why This Challenge?

Consistency is key in software development, and I've decided to embark on this 30-day challenge to:
• Build a sustainable learning habit
• Track my progress transparently
• Stay accountable to my goals
• Share knowledge with the community
• Prepare systematically for my AWS Solutions Architect certification.

My Daily Learning Framework

Each day, I'll focus on three core areas:

🧩 Problem Solving & Data Structures

Daily Goal: Solve 1-2 LeetCode problems.
• Focus on understanding patterns rather than just solutions.
• Document my thought process and alternative approaches.
• Build a strong foundation in algorithms and data structures.

☁️ AWS Solutions Architect Certification Prep

Target Exam Date: September 20, 2025.
• Study specific AWS services and their use cases.
• Practice with hands-on labs and scenarios.
• Review architectural patterns and best practices.
• Take practice tests to gauge progress.

🚀 Weekend Projects & Portfolio Building

Weekend Focus: Standalone projects.
• Apply learned concepts in real-world scenarios.
• Build projects that showcase different skills.
• Continuously update and improve my portfolio.
• Document project decisions and learnings.

Final Thoughts

Starting is often the hardest part, and I'm excited to have taken this first step. The journey ahead will have ups and downs, but I'm committed to showing up every day and documenting the process honestly.

If you're on a similar journey or considering starting one, I'd love to connect! Feel free to share your experiences or ask questions in the comments.
