Looking for a Technical Co Founder

Hi Everyone,

I’m currently building a startup that helps employers manage shifts for their businesses and find replacement staff when needed—all through a streamlined app that facilitates scheduling, interviews, and payments. We’ve been working with an external agency for the past three years but are still looking to refine the platform and take it to beta.

I’m now searching for a technical co-founder who can take ownership of the technical side of the business, refine the app, and help bring it to market. Ideally, I’m looking for someone with experience in mobile app development (flutter preferably), backend architecture, and scaling early-stage products.
