A Foggy Mind and Zero Motivation, How Do I Deal with These Issues?

For the past two months, I’ve been working as if in a fog; it’s hard to concentrate on even basic tasks, even though I used to be passionate about my projects. At first, I thought it was just regular work-related burnout, but now I’m also feeling completely exhausted, physically sluggish, and kind of apathetic. A colleague told me he had exactly the same symptoms due to a hidden inflammatory process in his body and low test results. Has anyone else experienced something similar, and what specific tests should I get to get a complete picture of my health?

I understand how you’re feeling—I’ve been through something similar myself, when even simply focusing on work tasks took a tremendous amount of effort. The first thing you need to do is stop second-guessing yourself and get tested for hormones, ferritin, B vitamins, and inflammation markers. Back then, the specialists at ways2well.com/ helped me sort everything out; they do a great job of explaining how preventive medicine and a personalized approach can help restore your internal balance. As for timing—it varies from person to person—but I started noticing the first positive changes just 3–4 weeks after adjusting my diet and starting to take the necessary nutrients. How are your sleep and eating habits? Are you able to stick to a regular schedule?
