For months, I kept thinking, "There are already thousands of websites doing this. Why would anyone use mine?"
That thought delayed me more than coding ever did.
Instead of chasing perfection, I started fixing one small problem at a time. A button that felt awkward. A confusing layout. A slow-loading page. A missing feature.
Slowly, those tiny improvements turned into something real.
Today, I'm building AFFLIGO, a free collection of PDF and image tools. It's still a work in progress, and that's okay. Every week I discover new bugs, better UI ideas, and things users actually care about.
One thing I've learned is this:
You don't need a revolutionary idea to start. You need enough courage to improve something consistently.
