Sometimes, I find myself in situations where projects start from scratch. Several people have joined the team. We don't have the role of a leader, and we try to solve problems through communication. In general, at this time, the project has a lot of important problems that should be solved in the short term. How will work be organized? What scope of tasks will be included in MVP? Who will create tasks? How track time? Etc.
Very often, we have a person who has more experience or more often communicates with the customer to clarify technical requirements. All think that this person should play the role of leader and should organize the whole process of development, but he is an engineer and he isn't a project manager. He has another mindset.
How the result, starting of project looks like chaos.
