Yesterday, I announced the launch of HYNAWEB, a holding company for my developer tools (KODA, Dojo Feed, Scribe Jam) in partnership with Akhouri Systems.
I promised a 4-phase execution plan.
Phase 2 started this morning.
My Co-Founder, Akhouri Anmol Kumar, just deployed the official HYNAWEB website to Vercel. And we didn't just slap together a landing page—we built a full product showcase with a working admin control panel.
Here's the exact breakdown of what we shipped in 48 hours.

We kept it simple, fast, and focused on the products. No bloated frameworks. No 10-second load times. Just clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript that works on any device.
What's Live Right Now:
✅ Product Showcase Grid: KODA, Dojo Feed, KODA Code Jam, and Scribe Jam all featured with clean descriptions.
✅ Detailed Product Pages: Each tool gets its own section with features, benefits, and the unique value proposition (like KODA being built entirely on a $150 phone).
✅ Admin Control Panel: Yes, we built a CRUD interface directly into the site. It allows us to add, edit, and manage products without touching the codebase.
✅ Mobile-First Design: Responsive layout that stacks beautifully on smaller screens.
🛠️ The Tech Stack
Since we're building in public, here's exactly what powers the site:
- Frontend: Vanilla HTML, CSS, JavaScript (no React bloat for a simple showcase site)
- Hosting: Vercel (blazing fast edge deployment)
- Backend (Coming Soon): Supabase integration for the admin panel CRUD operations
- Domain: Currently on Vercel subdomain, custom domain coming soon
The Division of Labor
This partnership isn't just about sharing a logo. It's about leveraging each other's strengths:
Akhouri (The Builder):
- Built the entire website foundation
- Implemented the admin CRUD interface
- Handling SEO optimization and indexing
- Guiding the technical architecture
Me (The Marketer & UI Designer):
- Writing product descriptions and copy
- Designing the mobile-first UI/UX improvements
- Running the 7-day Dev.to marketing blitz
- Managing community growth in the KODA Dojo Discord
This is exactly what Phase 1 & 2 of our partnership plan looks like in action.
🎨 The Next 48 Hours: Polish & Integrate
The site is live, but we're not done. Here's the immediate roadmap:
UI/UX Polish (My Mission):
- Add the HYNAWEB logo to the hero section
- Insert the partnership handshake image as a visual bridge
- Add orange hover effects to product cards for that premium feel
- Ensure perfect mobile responsiveness across all devices
Backend Integration (Akhouri's Mission):
- Connect the "Save Product" form to Supabase
- Implement Row Level Security (RLS) to protect the admin panel
- Add authentication so only we can add/edit products
- Set up automated deployments on Git push
🐯 Why This Matters
Most 12-year-olds (and honestly, most adult developers) would spend weeks arguing about the perfect tech stack, the perfect logo, the perfect domain name.
We shipped in 48 hours.
The website isn't perfect. The design needs polish. The admin panel isn't connected to the database yet. But it's live. And that's the point.
Done is better than perfect. Shipped is better than planned.
