Persistent context layers that build shared understanding over time, learning not just what you've said but what you typically mean.

But fundamentally, this might be one of those problems that defines the boundary between human and machine capability. Intelligence can be scaled infinitely. Context can't.
The Uncomfortable Truth
The AI industry doesn't want to admit this because it's bad for the narrative. The story is supposed to be: "AI gets smarter → AI gets more useful → AI eventually does everything."
But if the real bottleneck is context, not intelligence, then the story is actually: "AI gets smarter → the context gap becomes more obvious → human context work becomes more valuable, not less."
