I Tried to Replace 5 Apps With One System (7-Day Experiment)

Hi everyone,

I built a small app called LifeOrder because I kept running into the same problem:

Too many apps.
No real control.

Tasks in one app.
Reminders in another.
Notes somewhere else.
Expenses somewhere else.

And at the end of the day…
it still felt like chaos.

So I decided to try something different.

Instead of optimizing my setup,
I tried to simplify it completely.

I built one system to handle everything:
tasks, schedule, notes, shopping, expenses.

Now I’m running a simple experiment:

7 days.
No switching between apps.
No excuses.

Just one system for everything.

Right now:
→ 55 users

Goal:
→ 500 users in 20 days

I don’t know if this will work.

But I’m sharing everything publicly.

If you’ve ever felt like productivity tools are making things more complicated instead of simpler…

I’d really like your honest feedback.

Would you try something like this?
What would make you switch from your current setup?

Curious if anyone else tried using ONE system instead of multiple apps?
