OpenTelemetry GenAI semantic conventions, where the industry is deciding how MCP tool calls get instrumented. I have shipped the implementation side of that in Jaeger.

HydraDNS, an open-source Go DNS security gateway (GPL-3.0). Recently took it from ~500 to ~9,500 QPS by moving the blocklist hot path off SQL. LLM-operable over MCP.
