If you’re like me, you’ve probably installed multiple Chrome extensions to stay safe online: one for ad-blocking, one for clearing cookies, one for tracking suspicious sites… and yet, you still don’t really know who’s tracking you.
That’s why I built Digital Shield, a Chrome extension that gives you a clear view of trackers, blocks them automatically, and helps you clean your browser — all from one lightweight toolbar extension.
Here’s what it does:
Tracker Detection & Blocking: See who’s tracking your browsing and stop them in real-time.
Browser Cleaner: Clear cookies, cache, and unnecessary data with one click.
Unsafe Site Warnings: Get alerts for suspicious or malicious websites before you click.
Privacy First: No invasive tracking, no reading your tabs, just straight-up protection.
Lightweight & Fast: Minimal performance impact while replacing multiple extensions.
I built this because privacy and browser performance shouldn’t be a tradeoff. One extension should do it all, and Digital Shield is that solution.
I’d love feedback from developers and privacy enthusiasts:
What privacy or security features do you wish were simpler?
How do you monitor trackers or browser risks?
Would you prefer one all-in-one extension or smaller specialized tools?

If you try it, I’d love to hear your thoughts on improving tracker visibility and browser cleaning workflows.
