I was gonna try make a post today but instead I'll rather listen today.
At various levels in our career we've come across some issues that pissed us of.
It could be having to explain every single line of code to a junior?
It could be dealing with version updates of dependencies,
It could be having to learn a new framework every 6 months lol.
So let's talk about it.

Tools like Page Speed Insights and Google Lighthouse are great for providing advice for front end performance issues. But what these tools can’t do, is evaluate performance across your entire stack of distributed services and applications.
