Quick question — when you switch back to a project you haven't touched in 2-3 days, how long does it take you to get back up to speed? What do you do to re-orient?
For further actions, you may consider blocking this person and/or reporting abuse

Honestly, it depends on how well I left the project documented for my future self. If I come back after 2–3 days, it usually takes me around 10–30 minutes to fully get back into the flow.
What helps me most is quickly scanning the component structure, recent commits, and the last piece of logic I was working on. I’ve also started leaving small comments or TODO notes before stopping work — it saves a lot of “what was I thinking here?” moments later.
