I’ve always felt that current WHOIS and domain lookup tools are either too basic or hidden behind expensive paywalls. So, I decided to build my own engine: Domain Inspector.
My goal was to move beyond just 'Whois' data. I wanted to see the digital DNA of a site—security headers (HSTS, CSP), the exact tech stack (themes, plugins, frameworks), and real-time server response metrics.
How it works:
I used PHP and Tailwind CSS to build a minimalist, high-speed dashboard that runs 80+ forensic checks in a single AJAX dialogue.
