Does dev.to support post in another language than English?
I want to create some content in Spanish, but I'm not sure if I could or if there are any particular considerations.

As far as I know it doesn't have any special support for that. The only thing you can do is make a post for each language. I do that, the post that I make that are in spanish have the tags #spanish #español.
You can just write in Spanish, no need to do anything special. Many people are writing in other languages than English. There's even an option in miscellaneous settings to enable articles written in Spanish in your feed.
