I built an AI SaaS for database docs — and I'm selling it (honestly)

Every developer has that one painful week: you inherit a database with 30 tables, nobody documented them, and ChatGPT chat-by-chat isn't a documentation system.

So I built one.

Vizora1 turns any PostgreSQL / Supabase database schema into living documentation — auto-docs, ERD diagrams, AI-powered plain-English explanations, change tracking, a backend roadmap. Paste a schema. Get docs instantly.

What it does
Engineers connect a database (or paste a schema), and Vizora1 generates:

Auto-docs — every table, column, and relationship documented
ERD diagrams — visual, interactive
AI explanations — plain English, readable by non-DBAs
Change tracking — schema changes tracked over time
Backend roadmap — what's missing, what's next
All in one dashboard. No DSL. No CLI. No manual setup.

What's real in the product
This isn't a landing page concept. It's deployed:

Source code: React, TypeScript, Vite, Supabase, Stripe, Vercel + Render
Live demo: vizora1.vercel.app
Testing: Playwright E2E + Vitest, GitHub Actions with quality gates
Monitoring: Sentry connected
Billing: Stripe fully wired — Checkout, webhooks, billing portal live
Pricing live: Free / Pro $15 / Teams $49 / Enterprise $119 (20% annual discount)
Data: 35+ Supabase migrations, 35 built features
Users: 10 beta users (6 active — full list handed over at close)
No OpenAI API dependency. The AI features run self-hosted — operating cost stays near $0/mo.

Why I'm selling it
I'm a solo founder with other ideas to pursue. Running Vizora1 half-attended doesn't respect it. It was built to production, has real users, and has real billing wired. I'd rather hand it to someone who can grow it than let it sit.

This is an honest sale, not a vapourware promise. Pre-revenue — but production-grade.

What's included
Full source code + full Git history (GitHub repo: CaptainRushi/Vizora1)
All deployments (Vercel, Render)
Supabase project + PostgreSQL database + 35+ migrations
Stripe setup (Checkout, webhooks, billing — buyer configures Price IDs at close)
10 beta user list + usage notes
Full technical documentation + SEO plan (29KB)
30-day post-sale support (code questions, deployment help, Stripe setup, hands-on account transfer)
Not included: a custom domain (buyer can register one for ~$12).

The real value
Most SaaS listings are either:

Enterprise tools you can't maintain (Dataedo, priced for big orgs)
Free CLI tools that make you do all the work (SchemaSpy, dbdocs, dbt docs — DSL required)
ChatGPT prompts that don't persist when your schema changes
Vizora1 sits in the gap: instant AI documentation, zero setup, multi-DB parsing (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, Prisma, Drizzle, DuckDB), and the code is finished — the buyer's work is distribution, not development.

Details
Asking: $9,000 USD (negotiable — reach out privately)
Revenue: $0 MRR (pre-revenue, clean billing setup, ready to charge)
Traffic: pre-launch (10 beta users, 6 active — full logs at close)
Stack: Vite + React + TypeScript, Supabase (PostgreSQL), Stripe, Vercel, Render
Live demo: vizora1.vercel.app
If you're considering it — check the demo. It's a working product. I'm happy to answer questions about architecture, migrations, or what the next feature sprint would be (Teams features are mostly there — RBAC, shared docs, audit logs).

Built honestly. Selling honestly. Ready for someone to take it further.
