Let me give you an example, when you are working as Backed and Frontend programmer at the same time in one company.

Ahh ok, so you are asking about whether it is difficult to work this way.

I personally do this all development for my projects at my job, backend, frontend, devops.

I think it really depends on the person you are. If you are happy context switching and being a bit more of a generalist this kind of work is for you. But if you like to go into the weeds of a programming language when you use it, then maybe not.

As for me, It is difficulty to support your knowledge in different aspects of programming. I prefer to concentrate on only Backed-side development and I don't see me in Frontend-side

I think knowing both front and back generally is good. You provide the most value whatever the situation. That said focusing one one thing at a time to gain a mastery of a certain subject/area is not a bad idea in my opinion.
