How do you deal with lunch / mid-day fatigue?

I usually try to have a light lunch (low carb, less sugar) and make sure to stay hydrated and well-exercised throughout the day, but any tips/routines especially nutrition-wise are appreciated 🌞

I have to agree with Natalie here.

Since I started my journey with intermittent fasting about 6 months ago, I don't have a 2/3PM slump anymore. I have a pretty stable level of energy throughout the day, and I'm no spring chicken anymore at 44.

If interested in trying it, I would recommend starting slowly and work your way into it. Perhaps a 10/14 schedule for a week or two, and then working up to an 8/16 schedule.

Best of luck and hope you can find a routine that helps!

Since starting intermittent fasting / one meal a day I find I don't get the 3pm slump you're describing. I have a coffee in the morning, maybe one at lunch if I'm a little tired, but other than that just drink water through the day.

Are you having quite carb/sugar heavy lunches? Could you go for a walk or get some fresh air when you're feeling fatigued?
