I have been waiting for few hours now just to find someone to Host and designer website for my team but unfortunately there is no one to do the job 🤷, this is very serious to me.

Maybe because your message is unclear and without a single useful piece of information. If you are serious about your need, you would take your time to put together an O&R document (Objectives and Requirements) that explains in far more detail what it is that you need to do.
We need to know a lot of things, including the language of the user interface, whether or not you have a domain, whether or not you have a hosting preference, how expenses will be paid, etc. etc. etc.
So it is not that there's no one, it's that you don't strike as serious to us.
