I'm Sunmughan Swamy. I run Codeair Software Solutions, and I'm one of those founders who still writes code every week. Honestly, I wouldn't have it any other way.
I've been building software for over 10 years now. C# and .NET have been my home base for most of that time, a full decade if I'm counting. Along the way I've shipped more than 70 products, worked with over 300 clients, and crossed 1700 websites and applications across 475+ client projects. The numbers are nice. What keeps me going is simpler: I love turning a rough idea into something real that people actually use.
These days I'm deep into AI product engineering. Not demos, not chat wrappers. I'm talking about AI agents that finish multi-step tasks end to end, RAG systems that answer from your own documents, voice AI that takes real customer calls, and automation that quietly removes the boring work from a team's day. I build these systems to be practical and measurable. If an AI feature doesn't save time or make money, it doesn't ship. That's my rule, and I stick to it.
One of my proudest moments came from open source. During the pandemic I built a Corona Tracker awareness app and put it on GitHub. Later it got cited in a peer-reviewed paper in the National Library of Medicine (PMC9178446, reference 59: "Corona Tracker Awareness App. GitHub. 2020."). An independent developer's side project ending up in formal research? That still makes me smile.

Where I'm from
