I want to become AI and ML developer but I don't know where to start.

I am a java developer with more than 8-year experience. I developed mostly backend applications.I do some research about AI/ML but I am not able to find a concrete AI/ML learning path from where I can start.
I'd love to hear your suggestion and some guidelines about AI/ML learning.
