Oh no! 😳 What does he mean??

Those network and CPU throttle emulators are a quick help, but they are no where near the real user experience of people, ESPECIALLY on MOBILE.

Buying an actual crappy phone and hooking it up to your computer for remote debugging with @ChromeDevTools

What's a pretty great solution?

WebPagetest! WPT is basically a bunch of basements full of various models of mobile phones in different locations just waiting for you to profile your website on them.
