Hello Dev community,
Happy to be part of the community. I am a Software Engineer focused on developing Cloud Native applications. Have been developing on Java for over 15 years now and recently JS and TS (5 years or so). Looking forward to learning more here and contribute to the community by writing articles. Plan is to write one every fortnight, let's see how that goes.

Hi there!
I found this community trough a great article by Mark Steadman (@steady5063 ) about accessible frameworks.
I'm an accessibility advocate, and find it fascinating how becoming that, drew me into the world of coding in a way I never imagined. Originally I'm an HTML/CSS girl. But when you start yelling to the world about accessible coding, you have to make sure you can tell the developers, designers and content makers you're addressing, where and how to find the information they need, right?
Cheers,
Anne

Hey
Been meaning to join Dev for a while now, and glad I did as everyone seems really friendly and supportive. Even though I'm on the start of my journey it feels like we're all in it together no matter our level of expertise.
Looking forward to learning and sharing here!

Hello everyone,
I've been a software engineer for almost 19 years, working primarily in full-stack web development for most of that time.
I really enjoy helping others get into the field and in the dev groups I'm in I see people ask the same questions over and over, so I mainly joined to try and get the answers to those questions out there a little more. Hopefully I can contribute something helpful and not just shout into the void of the internet. :)
