It is going good, thanks for asking! I'm currently learning Node JS and even React, hooked on what you can make with backend stuff! How about you? How it is going for you?

Oh Node JS and React are nice. I saw a lot of cool projects on React. I don’t take it tho.
It’s going well. I’m currently learning basic JS on freeCodeCamp. In the future I will learn React too.

Hi! Thanks for your kind question. I like both sides. I see myself as a "full-stack". I like to be and develop all the layers of the stack, not just a part of them.
With the development that the tools have had, it is difficult not to be collaborating or doing both sides almost automatically. And you?

Oh I see, that's nice πŸ™‚ although I do work full stack, I personally prefer working on frontend! It makes me happier to see visual changes when I code πŸ˜‚

Hello, at the beginning of the year I decided to quit trying to be an entrepreneur and just focus on making free open source software in the hopes that people will enjoy what I create.

My theory is that by giving it to the world good things in some form will come to me in some form even if none of those forms are monetary. I would love to connect with other people working on open source software and learn about their experiences.

Here's my first small project an open source Kubernetes Operator that automatically renews Let's Encrypt SSL certs:
youtube.com/watch?v=T_rZOMJmKLc
and getting started guide:
uberscott.com/recert5/getting-star...

And I look forward to revealing the much larger open source project that I have been working on all this year so far, but is still not ready to be announced.

Hi Everyone, excited to join the community β€” kind of surprised I hadn't signed up for the site earlier, given that I often lurk on content here.
Anyway, happy to be here! By way of intro: I'm a French person living in Dublin, Ireland. I love building products for developers (I do that by day at Stripe), but I can't call myself one yet: I can only build simple weekend projects myself, using react and node. Most of what I know, I learned from @jadjoubran 's wonderful online course on javascript, and @jlengstorf 's fascinating video tutorials :)

Very eager to learn from all of you!
