LESS (Leaner Style Sheet) is an extension to normal CSS which basically is like SCSS/SASS and basically gives various functionalities over the top of CSS.

I think your post here could probably sell the reason why people would go off site and read your article it, you have your intention laid out, but nobody is hooked they don’t know what to expect so they are unlikely to want to read it out of pure kindness even if everyone here is exceptionally kind. Why not edit this post and tell us about what you wrote and why
