I’m not a developer myself, but I work closely with a small team building software products. From my perspective, some of the biggest challenges seem to be things like unclear requirements, endless back and forth, and delays in turning ideas into actual features. These challenges led to plenty of bad outcomes.
Since we started facing these issues we thought of building a tool which can solve these. We are working on it at the moment.
I’d love to hear from you guys, the hardest part of developing a product from your perspective? Is it planning, designing, coding, testing, or something else entirely?

Great question!
While technical challenges like unclear requirements are definitely tough, I'd say the hardest part for me is actually finding clients.
Having limited social connections makes it really challenging to get those first customers who believe in your product.
You can build the most amazing solution, but without a network to help spread the word or provide initial validation, it feels like shouting into the void.
Building relationships and trust takes so much longer than writing code!
