I used Python for the back-end of the portfolio website (yes it needed backend) and used HTML, CSS, JS for the front-end.

As an improvement, I suggest you don't center the email in the input (as well as the placeholder).
As said, you could add images to fill in a bit.
In the "Contact me" section you could remove the "on" from each line, it's repetitive.

very good start for your portfolio, only my point of view is that you make it more visual, you can add images or links to your completed projects to see them, but you are doing very well
