Digital Turbine publishes both a loss-code table and a bid-status table that says which status fires which code. The status names are more useful than the OpenRTB titles.
2 is their timeout, mapped from a response past a 350 ms window for RTB bidders. 3 covers an invalid response and an HTTP error on the bidder. 6 is adomain: empty, a URL, a store link, or a raw bundle sitting in the domain field. 100 is under the floor. 102 is lost on price.
205 is a blocked advertiser domain. 206 is a blocked advertiser app, and Digital Turbine still calls 206 an app bundle exclusion. 209 is a blocked category. 214 is both an incompatible SKAdNetwork version and invalid SKAdNetwork parameters. 1010 is the code that is only theirs: bundle must be an Android package name or an Apple store id.
