Once Equativ leaves the OpenRTB integers, the loss codes are theirs. 1001 through 1007 are the published set.
1001 is the wrong bid currency. 1002 is a native response that does not match the native request. 1003 is a SKAdNetwork id that was not in the plist on the impression. 1004 is ext.skadn.network empty after the bid claimed SKAdNetwork. 1005 is a creative Equativ stopped because it has been throwing render errors. 1006 is a publisher block on the partner, the buyer, the advertiser, or the category. 1007 is a creative size the publisher blocked.
Three OpenRTB codes sit next to these in the same integration and get confused with them. 6 is a bad adomain, which is not the same failure as a bad currency. 202 is a quality rejection of the creative, which is not the same as 1005's error-rate block. 103 is an open-auction bid in a private auction.
