Unity 1011 is the loss code bidders look up as a Unity RTB error after a bid that otherwise parsed. The bid had no billing notice on burl and no impression trackers on ext.imptrackers. Unity wants one of those.
1011 is the page for that check. The codes around it are different failures that show up in the same hour of a log.
1010 is an IAB category the publisher blocked. 1012 is a bid that arrived after Unity's auction window. 1200 starts the user-security review bucket: Unity uses 1200 through 1208 for that one reason and does not publish a separate cause per integer. 1209 is a blank creative or a 1x1 pixel. 1210 is a performance disapproval. 1212 is a creative with no media file. 1213 starts the offensive-content bucket. 1234 is a quality rejection from Unity's automated review. 1235 is a quality rejection from a human reviewer.
If the integer is 1011, the fix is the tracker. The other nine are the codes it gets confused with.
