Unity 1001 is malformed JSON. Chartboost 1001 is a bid that arrived late. Unity 1010 is an IAB category block. Digital Turbine 1010 is a bundle that is neither an Android package name nor an Apple store id. Unity 1011 is a bid missing both burl and ext.imptrackers. Chartboost 1002 is a single quote in those same fields that was not URL-encoded.
206 depends on the list. The current OpenRTB page defines 206 as a store-id exclusion and moved bundle exclusions to 215. Chartboost 206, Verve 206, and Digital Turbine 206 still mean a blocked app bundle.
