Equativ explains ten loss codes a bidder can fix in the response.

Equativ sends a mix of OpenRTB integers and its own 1000s. The OpenRTB integers are worth reading in Equativ's words, because the field they name is narrower than the spec title.

3 is an impression id that was wrong or missing. 6 is adomain null, missing, or malformed. 7 is markup missing or malformed. 100 is under the bid floor on the request. 101 is under the deal floor. 102 is a higher price. 103 is an open-auction bid in a private auction. 104 is a buyer Equativ treats as sensitive. 202 is Equativ's quality check on the creative. 209 covers both a sensitive creative and a sensitive advertiser category. Equativ lists both under 209.

Loss notices on Equativ stay off until their demand team enables them for the seat. The codes above are the ones they publish for that feed. The private integers start at 1001.
