Offensive content on Unity Exchange is a range, not a single code. The loss notification still carries one integer, and that integer is what shows up in a bidder's loss report.
1213, 1214, 1215, 1216, 1217, 1218, 1219, 1220, 1221, and 1222 are the ten codes in the middle of that bucket. Unity's table uses the same review reason for each of them. 1224 through 1226 continue it.
A price change will not clear these. The creative Unity reviewed is the thing the status is attached to. A new asset gets a new review. The same asset keeps the same code.
