Unity uses one review reason for loss codes 1200 through 1208.

Unity's creative-review codes look like a long enum. For user security they are not. The public loss table assigns the same sentence to every integer from 1200 through 1208: the exchange review rejected the creative for a user-security issue. 1227 is the same bucket later in the list.

Read the number you actually received. 1200, 1201, 1202, 1203, 1204, 1205, 1206, 1207, and 1208 are that run. 1227 is the later user-security code.

Resubmitting the same asset returns the same integer. Unity does not publish which security check inside the bucket failed. The practical step is a new creative, then a check that the new crid is the one in the bid.
