Learn quietly. Build in private.
Show the world only the polished version.
I want to talk you out of that.
The fastest learners I know
work with the door open.
They ask the "dumb" question in the channel.
They write the post while they're still confused.
They share the half-built thing.
Every time they do,
someone corrects them, teaches them, connects with them.
Hiding protects your ego.
It also starves your growth.
Be a little more visible than is comfortable.
That discomfort is the learning.
