Everyone's asking what to learn
so the machines don't replace them.
They're mostly learning the wrong things.
Chasing the tool that's hot this year.
Memorizing what a model can already do better.
Here's my honest advice as a mentor:
As the technical floor rises for everyone,
the human ceiling is where you win.
Judgment. Communication.
Knowing which problem is worth solving.
Earning trust. Guiding people.
Asking the question no one thought to ask.
The machine can generate the answer.
It can't decide what matters,
or take responsibility for it.
Get very good with tools.
But bet your career
on the things that stay human.
