Real careers don't look like that.
They zigzag.
They pause.
They step sideways to step forward.

Or stayed put and went deep
while everyone around them chased titles.
Stop asking if you're climbing fast enough.
Start asking if you're growing at all.
A title is what they call you.
Growth is what you can actually do.
