Meanwhile, the founder walks away thinking they're ready for Y Combinator when they haven't even validated their core assumption.
So I built this community.
It's a Discord community designed around one uncomfortable truth: if your idea can't survive criticism from people who know what they're talking about, it definitely won't survive the market.

Nope, not a bad idea at all. Just it's funny because what you described is exactly how people are on reddit.
I would say that we have reddits like only for founders, only for this, only for that and people who are like let's go we are supporting then don't even try the product themselves. Meanwhile on I believe ideas are basically produced when different types of people sit together so
