If you are a professional who simply doesn't say "that's not my thing, there's someone who gets paid for that", you're already better than most professionals.
If you have this culture in a team, you will have the dream team.
Good one!
From my perspective it would also be availability, by availability I mean that a team member should be available when his teammates need him, it makes things very hard when you can't get a hold of someone.
Thats why I always try to be available for my team, for any questions or concerns, its good to talk and share opinions often.
Especially with the move to remote, the qualities are also shifting.
