I'm a F&B/culinary consultant for 2 major cruise/resort companies with an economics background. I use FB mostly and suck at IG and no presence for Tik Tok. I'm too rigid and fearful as specialist to get out there and made great success ongoing with overseeing 70 restaurants(ongoing). I need an assistant that can help me develop in this area of hospitality/F&B in land, cruise, foodservices, and Caribbean resorts in how to incorporate tech and innovation as consultant. Anyone have passion in this area pls let me know.

Wow, overseeing 70 restaurants is no small feat, massive respect for that!
Your experience in F&B and consulting across cruise and resort sectors sounds incredible. It’s totally valid to feel cautious when branching into tech and innovation, but your foundation is already solid.

By the way, kudos for being open about wanting to grow; many specialists don’t take that step. You’re on the right path.
