Next.js -> React with node BE is more simple.
TS -> JSDoc less pain same type safe
SCSS, CSS, Material UI -> Tailwind, easier
Redux -> useReducer
React -> no framework
OOP -> functional programming
Webpack / Babel -> vite -> no build
