Before the first AI edit, make sure the right photographs are connected to the right property.
That is the starting point of our latest EstateAI guide.
Using actual interface screenshots, it explains Upload Photos and Property Details—the first two stages of the Create Property wizard.
1. Start with the correct photo set
Check the workspace before selecting images.
The supplied upload screen offers a drag-and-drop area and Select from Computer. It also shows Google Drive and Dropbox import options.
Those visible options are not a demonstration of a completed cloud import. Check the account, selected files and upload status in your own session.
Our practical recommendation: choose photographs from the same intended property and inspect the thumbnails rather than relying only on the file count.
2. Add details that identify the property
The next screen contains fields for the property name, type, client, address, MLS number, tags and notes.
Use a recognisable name and check that the selected address and location information refer to the intended property.
A correct-looking property name does not automatically confirm the map location.
Likewise, writing “enhance” in Notes does not demonstrate that an editing job has started.
Upload completion is not final creation
The wizard displays this sequence:
Upload Photos → Property Details → AI Analysis → Review & Organize → Create Property
Our guide stops at Next: AI Analysis, because the later screens were not supplied.
