I’ve been noticing that my energy and focus drop a lot during longer coding sessions. At first everything goes fine, but after a couple of hours it gets harder to concentrate and stay productive.
Nothing really changed in my routine — I sleep normal don’t overwork too much and still try to keep things balanced. That’s why it feels a bit strange.
I’m starting to wonder if it’s just mental fatigue or something else affecting it. Anyone else had a similar experience?

I’ve had something similar recently. At first I thought it was just burnout, but after a while I realized it’s more about how I structure my day and manage energy not just workload.
What helped me was paying attention to patterns when I feel most focused, what affects it, and how consistent my routine really is. Small adjustments actually made a noticeable difference over time.
Still figuring it out but definitely feels less random now.
