I recently took this saboteur assessment: https://www.positiveintelligence.com/assessments/
@peter and @ben both agree my results are spot on π
It takes about 2 minutes to complete the assessment if you want to give it a go ;)

My biggest flaw is that I look at things like this:
and want to buy a plane ticket, fly over to meet whoever designed that form and give them a strong talking-to, about contrast, labels and the necessity of forcing people to sign up for something at the end of a multiple-question process.
I got my results anyway:
I think this is about as useful as Myers-Briggs, or any other self-defined test. That is to say, it's basically a, "what kind of Pokemon are you?" test.
I already anticipated such an issue but I know you can always
10minutemail.com
I've built 3 platforms with Psychometric testing with academics and this one would not come close to meeting their standard for accuracy but it's a fun endeavour.
I had the same thought on the form. I didn't even get mine (yet), I checked the spam folder obviously, nothing, also no typos (auto-fill, huh).
The other thing in short: Barnum effect
For me, Avoider is the biggest one of all, and it's the one I'm trying to work on. It's the one that has hindered me at my job and in school the most, and has damaged many relationships with others.
I get into a cycle where I procrastinate or neglect something, and think the other person might be angry or disappointed. Instead of bringing it up with them, I avoid their reaction, making the problem worse.
I'm slowly learning to deal with this by intercepting this cycle as early as possible. People are willing to cut you more slack than you think when you're open and honest with them.
I really like the description pages for the saboteur's.
First four with same score of over 8 were Hyper-Rational Stickler Restless and Controller.
Definitely some Barnum Effect, but still fun. ( and i must say pretty accurate)
Pretty happy of having scored 0 and 1 as Pleaser and Avoider :-)
Fine for a bit of fun, but hard to compare results person to person. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like the scoring method takes into account mostly positive, mostly negative or mostly neutral answers--some folks' results appear to be skewed to one end or the other, as opposed to a useful spread.
This is my result:
It's me
Does this mean that I am "balanced" π
Okay, cool.
Sounds legit
