In 2023 I want to help developers to find jobs that match better what they want to do with their careers. This is something I would have needed when I was young so I was looking forward to do it next year.

Or at least I thought that would wait for 2023. But I stumbled upon a handful of fine people who wanted to switch jobs. I had a café (virtual or with caffeine) with them and we talked things through, I had fun doing that and they found it useful. Going like this from 0 to 1 felt great.
