1. Remote work option. My company doesn't offer that unfortunately.
2. People. Almost 99% of people in company are left wing motivated, I'd prefer remote working in future company if this continues. Feels suffocated.
3. Option to say, "no comments" in meetings and standups where my opinion could be taken on political or religious angle and used against me.
4. Option of pets or some animals in office campus.
5. Option of anonymous code review.

I would love to remove the phone from my desk. It makes it too easy to call me instead of taking a bit of time to try things before calling me.

Although there are two things would make it perfect:

1. Having someone to review my code
2. Only being in 1 project at a time
