Can someone explain Dev.To credits to me?

https://dev.to/settings/pro-membership says I have 25 credits (and that "pro" membership is 5/mo.). But what are Dev.To credits? How do I get them? Why do I have 25?

As I understand it, credits allow you to post listings in the DEV classifieds. Last May, when listings were created, all members were given five credits, and you earn five for each badge you earn. Looking at the badges on your profile (nice work, BTW!) I'd guess that's where the 25 came from.
